Lil Nas X – Old Town Road (feat. Billy Ray Cyrus) [Diplo Remix] | Stream
After announcing his newfound country star moniker Thomas Wesley, Diplo is back with new country-flavored music with an official remix of Lil Nas X’s viral sensation “Old Town Road.” The track arrives right after the producer’s Stagecoach Festival performance, where he brought out both Lil Nas X and Billy Ray Cyrus for a surprise performance of the track. As you’ll quickly hear, Diplo adds a ton of high-energy percussion to the record while still keeping the vibe of the original intact. – Max Chung
The dance music community exploded when NGHTMRE and A$AP Ferg collided on the potential festival anthem “Redlight.” The tracks obnoxious rap lines do the trick as it immediately injects you with energy. It was a given that the original would see renditions from many but the one to stick out from the pack is Flosstradamus‘ new remix. The trap icon adds a new height to the original and elevates its liveliness. – Omar Serrano
Justice Skolnik is on absolute fire this year. With original music just around the corner, the Bay Area producer has kicked off the year with a flurry of hypnotic future bass remixes of Disclosure, Khalid, ODESZA, RL Grime, Louis The Child, and more. Adding yet another stunning remix to his collection, Justice Skolnik has taken on Calvin Harris‘ 2017 hit “Feels”. Remixing a track that features Katy Perry, Pharrell Williams, and Big Sean is no small task but Justice Skolnik definitely does the original justice. Fluidly melding his house-inspired future bass production with the feel-good nature of the track, Justice Skolnik delivers an undeniable gem. Stream Justice Skolnik’s “Feels” remix below.
